Based in North San Diego County, the Pioneers Club is a non-profit organization serving a group of enthusiastic individuals with developmental challenges. To empower individuals with developmental challenges by providing enriching experiences that lead to personal discovery.

GET INVOLVED An Invitation to Greatness PROJECT TURNAROUND needs partners, individuals who are no longer satisfied by being passive observers of today's increasing global challenges, but those who want to become planet transformers, and add greatness to their lives! IS THIS YOU? PROJECT TURNAROUND is a non profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals to turn their lives around. PROJECT TURNAROUND'S driving passion is to assist individuals experiencing developmental and educational challenges to discover their greatness and power, their hidden potential, abilities, and skills, and find avenues for its expression, within a supportive  community dedicated to bringing lasting changes to society. We are envisioning a life sharing community formed by a network of homes, a performing arts academy, art and therapeutic centers, a trade school, workshop areas, an organic garden, a gift shop and a community center with an ample kitchen and dining area where members of the community can gather for meals, dialogue, festivities and celebrations. JOIN US! We need investors, entrepreneurs, social activists, individuals from a variety of professions and walks of life who truly believe that life is not only about achieving success, but also about embracing greatness! Greatness can be yours! Being able to freely offer your abilities, skills, creativity, resources and wealth  for the goodness of all will truly enrich your life beyond belief! Sharing your blessings with others in need and making a difference in their lives will transform yours and make your life content-rich.  This is true greatness!
